What is Variable Tuition?
Variable Tuition is a program to help ensure that families in our community are able to send their students to Seacoast Christian Academy at a tuition cost that is appropriate for their specific financial situation. A tuition rate is established through a confidential system of complex calculations that factors in different areas of a family’s financial status to adjust a tuition rate accordingly. (Note: preschool age is ineligible to apply)
Variable Tuition does not guarantee enrollment for your student into Seacoast Christian Academy. Please visit the admissions page (click here) for more information about admission requirements.

New Families: Create a FACTS Account
Once you have either created a FACTS Account or Signed In:
- Please follow the appropriate registration prompts, upload all supporting documents, and pay the required registration fee. (In order to be considered, ALL documents MUST be uploaded)
Existing Families: Sign In
- Please select Apply for Financial Aid in the upper right hand of the page. Follow the appropriate registration prompts, upload all supporting documents, and pay the required registration fee. (In order to be considered, ALL documents MUST be uploaded)
When Will I Be Notified?
FACTS applications will be evaluated by SCA personnel. Once an award determination has been made, you will receive a notification by email.

Please visit their website and submit your contract information in order to be notified when the SUFS application process opens for the new school year. (SUFS can be used with Variable Tuition)
